or repair through a retail partner such as Lowe's, your contact

is collected by the retail partner at point of sale. Lowe's and similar

partners assign service jobs to Vons Fix LLC along with your contact

details for the sole purpose of completing your service.

2. Direct Bookings: Customers who schedule service directly through

vonsfix.com may opt in to SMS communications by checking the consent

box on our scheduling form.

In both cases, messages are limited to: appointment confirmations,

arrival window notifications, technician en-route alerts, and service

updates. We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS.

Message frequency varies based on your active service request. Message

and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP

for assistance.

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent data will not be sold or shared

with third parties for marketing purposes.
